Great heap of dung Review by Michael Kinney
Price Value Quality Picked this up just as my FFL was closing so I ran it home sight unseen. The barrel was canted to the left. The ejector rod rubbed so bad it was hard to open the cylinder. The cylinder release button was loose. I sent it in and it came back with the barrel canted to the right. Could see daylight between the barrel shroud and the frame. They filed the barrel cone at a 45 degree angle. Cylinder gap looked excessive. Sent it in a third time and it came back looking OK. Half afraid to fire it. Nick Ecker the CEO of Charter Arms send me an angry email calling me a "child" for daring to question their quality. I don't have to question that anymore... I'm living the horror that is Charter Arms ownership. To be honest, I think this gun was assembled by someone with one eye and missing fingers on both hands. Either that or they had one too many beers for lunch. I rate this gun one large steaming pile of cow dung. I threw away $330.00 that I will never get back. Like I said before, a stinky pile of poo...... (Posted on 7/19/12)
Pros: Nice Recoil, Lightweight, Fits very nicely in my hand, Easy to Use
