Firearm Description

The exclusive tip-up barrel allows the user to easily load a round directly into the chamber. It also assists in the safe clearing of the pistol by allowing a live round to be easily removed from the chamber and the bore quickly checked. Jamming and stovepiping problems are virtually eliminated by the open slide design shared by all small frame Berettas.

Chambered for .22LR or .25ACP (6.35 mm). This compact, rugged small frame measures just 4.9 inches (125 mm) overall and weighs only 11.5 ounces (325 grams). It features a lightweight, alloy frame, blued steel slide, tip-up barrel, and double/single action. The Bobcat comes with a 7-round magazine for .22LR ammunition, or an 8 round magazine for .25 (6.35 mm)caliber cartridges.

  2. Great little gun Review by Gordy

A simple, no frills little gun. Tipping up the barrel allows my wife to load up without having to pull the slide back, which is hard. Doesn't like the cheap ammo. Shoot CCI Mini Mags and it never misses. (Posted on 1/28/12)

Pros: Accurate, Simple Design, Easy to maintain, Easy to shoot well, Nice Recoil, Fits very nicely in my hand, Easy to Use, Easy to conceal

  3. The Bobcat was my backup, now, it is my pricary. Review by William

It was my back up gun (behind my H&K USP LEM in .40), and I practiced with it accordingly. I came to like it so much that the Bobcat is now, often, my primary.
I carefully added a white dot to the front sight using white fingernail polish, and two dots to the rear sight. Now, the sights are really easy to see, and I can score a 2 inch group our to 25 yards. Strong hand or weak hand, with proper trigger control, the Bobcat is just as accurate. It never jambs, even when I shoot it directly from the pocket of my hooded sweatshirt.
The Bobcat draws easily from the front pocket of my jeans, and the six extra mags that I bought fit easily in the other front pocket. (Posted on 4/30/14)

    Pros: Accurate
