Firearm Description

The 92 series of semiautomatic pistols operates on a short recoil, delayed blowback system, which yields; faster cycle times, exceptional accuracy and greater reliability. Double/Single action provides a very safe and timeproven design. High-capacity steel magazines are durable and drop-free when the magazine button is depressed, even when empty. Chrome-lined barrels provide extreme corrosion resistance, as well as ease of cleaning. Barrels also feature a deeply recessed combat muzzle crown to protect the rifling.

    Great firearm, fits perfectly in my hand and is very accurate. I knew after the first magazine that the 92 FS was the gun for me. The sights are great and the trigger was smooth. After the range cleaning was the easiest I have done. (Posted on 2/29/12)

    I've owned many 9mm's in my time and this one ranks at the top. Feels and handles well. Easy to clean. The only downfall I find is the magazines, they're are hard to load to full capacity. I thumbs get sore pretty quick. (Posted on 2/5/12)

    I was at a firearms training center and had access to shoot about 6 different pistols one day. I had some Kimber, Rock Island, Colt and others that I was shooting before coming to the 92FS. Low and behold, it was the firearm I spent the rest of the day shooting. I loved that gun. The sights were clear, trigger wasn't funky; just felt very smooth. I cleaned the firearm, but only because I wanted to spend more time checking it out. In short, I haven't purchased it yet, but I will be in the very near future. (Posted on 2/2/11)
