  1. One issue with Kahr hand guns, Review by MIKE J

I have two Kahr pistols, K-9 and CW45, both are great guns. I found so far one issuse with both weapons, If reloading need to stay with 9mm .355 dia bullets, 45acp .451 dia. If due to plating bullet dia. is .001 or larger, both will not chamber. Kahr needs to have machine a better chamber to barrel fit. (Posted on 8/11/14)

  2. EXCELLENT+ Review by Arizona Michael

This pistol is just the ticket for CCW either for LE or Civilian use. Great "undercover" weapon that does not shout "Police/DEA"
NIce looking in it's own "ugly duckling" way compared to similar striker fired weapons.
Carries well in a pants pocket or in any holster for decent design. WIth 1 up the spout you have 7 rds of 45ACP. Ya can't do alot better than that. (Posted on 5/5/14)

Pros: Shoots everything I feed, Accurate, Simple Design, Easy to maintain, Easy to shoot well, Nice Recoil, Ergonomical, Lightweight, Fits very nicely in my hand, Reliable, Easy to Use, Easy to conceal

  3. Pleasantly surprised Review by JS

I purchased this pre owned, and was doubtful that a lightweight .45ACP could be pleasant to shoot. I was shocked. This is a phenomenal shooter, i have somewhat small hands and it fits like a glove. I found the gun to be accurate, i was keeping a 4" group at 10 yards with minimal focus. The recoil is really light for a .45acp, in fact it has less felt recoil than the ruger or keltec LC9/PF9. This was the general agreement of the range buddies as well. I have only had one malfunction, which was a spent case that failed to clear the slide, but i believe that was operator error by way of inadvertently hitting the mag release with my thumb. There arent a ton of good leather carry holsters out there, but it fits in most of my Glock 26 holsters just fine. Overall, if you want a carry or house gun (or both) this is a great multi-purpose 'universal' pistol. Certainly light enough for carry, but still very shootable at the range. At under $400 in most stores and online, i say buy it. (Posted on 4/24/13)

  4. nice gun for the price Review by walt flood

I was pleasently supprised by how little recoil such a light high caliber pistol produces I purchased and cleaned it then went to the range and fired about 60 rounds through it not a good judge on how accurate it is as I am a lousy shot with handguns working on that riffles are more my thing but wanted a pistol for home defence and this one seems to be a perfect fit. 5. Junk , bad factory repair Review by kenneth jenkins

Nice pistol . Only it failed to go bang on a rergular basis . The factory returned it to me with a new slide but it still would not work . This was witnessed by my shooter freinds , range owner , and the seller . I have an older all steel K-9 that is very reliable . How could they miss this at the service center ?

  6. Not a reliable weapon Review by Bill Grimsley

Bought the gun for personal protection. As a full time carrie weapon. After less than 50 rounds, it started misfiring. Had to be sent back to the factor. It took over three weeks to get it fixed and returned. I bought the gun because it was made in the USA. Karh had been in business over 10 yrs. As of right now now I am not happy the Kahr Co. Only time will tell if the weapon will be ok. (Posted on 4/5/12)

  8. Small, Accurate and Reliable. Review by BK

I have had this gun for 6 months now and have shot around 400 rds through it. The gun is small, thin and light weight. Easy to conceal. I have put everything from Ball, HP and SWC and feeds all but the Nosler 185 JHP for some reason. Recoil is manageable. I have read some bad reviews about this gun but mine has thankfully has been a great , fun gun to shoot. I think its a geat buy for its intended purpose. (Posted on 7/13/11)
