  1. Nice CCW Review by OldBoneFlyer

I've never owned a Taurus before. I have a Walther PK 380 and Glock 19, so I'm familiar with polymer style frames (although I do have a 1911). In any case I like the size, firepower, and mag capacity of the T145. It shoots very nicely and is what I would consider a superb CCW. The only problem I initially had with breaking it down for cleaning. The slide seemed to get stuck when pulling it forward after pulling the trigger...still learning to finesse that one. With another thorough cleaning (it came really oily), that might do the trick. When reassembling, the dual recoil spring needs a little touch also. Nonetheless, great weapon and great value! Pros: Shoots everything I feed, High capacity, Simple Design, Easy to shoot well, Nice Recoil, Ergonomical, Fits very nicely in my hand, Easy to Use, Easy to conceal, Hi Cap Mags

  2. Just ok in my opinion Review by Will-Bo

Feeds and shoots well, though after purchasing, i was a bit concerned with a note in the owners manual about not exceeding 950fps with a 180gr round. Recoil is a little tough to handle with the short grip, being a compact model, but i beleive a switch to lighter, faster bullets would remedy this a bit. Overall, its really not a bad gun for the price, and is very easy to field strip and clean. I dont like the fact that you have to pull the trigger to remove the slide. Pretty tough and rugged though, i trust it as a everyday carry gun, but I would recomend spending a few more dollars and goin with an M&P or and XD or XD(m), or the good old glock.
