  1. Bang for the Buck Pocket concealable. Review by Nelson Field

Exceeds my expectations of a concealable revolver. I bought the 357 LCR for the extra umpf. The only gun I thought was superior was a Smith & Wesson PD. It also came with a superior price tag. I was able to put all 5 rounds in a silouhete target at 25yds. It wasn't a pretty pattern. But I was impressed the 2'' barrel got them all on paper. (Posted on 12/23/11)

Pros: Shoots everything I feed, Accurate, Simple Design, Easy to maintain, Easy to shoot well, Lightweight, Fits very nicely in my hand, Reliable, Easy to Use, Easy to conceal

  2. LCR - An excellent choice Review by Alaskabushman

I have had my LCR for about 2 years now and cant imagine not having it. I favor pocket carry and have a Blackhawk pocket holster to go with it. I also carry a HK size 36 speedloader.
The pistol weighs a shred over 13 oz empty and around 17oz full. ( I load it up with 158 gr Semi jacketed hollow point +p's)
The recoil is totally manageable, due in part to the very comfortable Hogue grip, but more I think to the polymer frame.
Accuracy is surprising, rapid fire 5'' groups at 10-15 yards is easy. I was most impressed at its ability to keep all shots into a 55 gal drum at 50 yards. This certainly isn't a target revolver but certainly capable for self defense at reasonable ranges.
The fixed sights aren't too bad, the large blade front is easy to acquire. I painted my front blade with yellow modeling paint to aid target acquisition even more. I will eventually get a hi-viz front sight.
My only beef is the rather heavy (almost 10 lbs) trigger pull, but this is a pocket revolver and anything less might be dangerous.
overall, I think any gun lover will appreciate the qualities of this fine defense and concealed carry piece. (Posted on 6/9/11)

  3. LCR is a great concealable revolver Review by Jeremy Davis

The LCR is a fantastic option for concealed carry if you prefer a revolver. You will save some weight and bulk by going with a pocket sized auto, but I prefer something I feel actually fits my hand.

The best things about this gun are the trigger, weight, and feel in the hand. (Posted on 1/18/11)
