This shotgun is everything it is advertised to be. Review by Scguno
Quality Price Value Attractive, light weight, accurate, dependable, comfortable to shoot and simple to maintain. I know I can rely on my Benelli M2 Tactical at any time, every time...
Pros: Shoots everything I feed, Accurate, High capacity, Simple Design, Easy to maintain, Easy to shoot well, Nice Recoil, Ergonomical, Lightweight, Fits very nicely in my hand, Reliable, Easy to Use, Easy to conceal, Hi Cap Mags
I purchased the M2 Tactical primarily for personal protection in the home. I have heard many say the "Benelli is to expensive". Well, if your primary use for the gun is hunting, maybe they are right. Go ahead, buy the bargain basement cheep shooter. However, if your primary use is personal protection, I ask you; "What is your life, or the life of your wife and children worth"? Personally, I can't seem to put a price on that. Think about it.
I have been in more than a few life threatening situations as a police officer. When that life threatening situation presents itself, you have to be ready to throw down and go to work, and so does your weapon. The quality of that weapon could mean the difference between who goes home when the excitements over, and who goes to the morgue, you or the bad guy. Again, I ask you to think about it.
I agree that in today's economy we need to be price conscious. However, In this instance, I believe you get what you pay for and I for one, am willing to pay for the best... BENELLI.... (Posted on 4/29/11)

Outstanding piece of equipment Review by James M. Wood
Quality Price Value If you're looking for a low cost tactical shotgun, this isn't it.
Pros: Shoots everything I feed, Accurate, Simple Design, Easy to maintain, Easy to shoot well, Lightweight, Fits very nicely in my hand, Reliable, Easy to Use
If you're looking for a finely engineered and manufactured piece of equipment that is reliable, fast to shoot, and instills confidence then the Benelli M2 Tactical is your cup of tea.
I've owned mine several months now and have shot everything from 3" Magnum slugs, to buckshot, to 1 oz target loads. The gun has cycled all of them flawlessly. The groups fired with slugs are downright amazing. I also have no problem breaking clay targets in our local, monthly shotgun match.
Great gun, fun to shoot, definately not bargain basement but is a real value if you are quality minded. I hope this helps. (Posted on 8/27/11)
Cons: Pricey

Great gun, outside the box - on the good side! Review by A C Fuller
Price Value Quality The only thing I do not like is that manually cycling the bolt will not feed a round from the magazine without setting a button. Overcome old habits and you absolutely have the best shotgun on the planet. (Posted on 4/21/12)

Love My M2 Tactical Review by Frank
Price Value Quality I have 500 shells through my M2 Tactical and 400 of those shells were the low brass Winchester Universal loads I get at Wal-Mart in their $25.00, 100 shell value pack. Great for what I call fun shooting. They have been 100% reliable and I’ve even tried to get a FTE by shooting from the hip, sill 100%. Love this gun and for home defense with 5+1 of Remington 2 ¾ , 00 buck from a semi auto. Divesting.
Pros: Shoots everything I feed, Accurate, High capacity, Simple Design, Easy to maintain, Easy to shoot well, Nice Recoil, Ergonomical, Lightweight, Fits very nicely in my hand, Reliable, Easy to Use
