About
The .357 Super Magnum Ammo is a more extended and powerful version of a magnum bullet. Super Magnum usually refers to a handgun cartridge, but lengthening an existing straight case design can also refer to a rifle cartridge. The .357 Super Magnum Ammo is based upon the designs of the .357 Magnum Ammo. This bullet is designed for a revolver or single-shot pistol. The cartridge is essentially similar to the .357 Remington Maximum Ammo. Due to flame cutting of the top strap of the revolvers, the .357 Super Magnum Ammo was discontinued, and even when the appropriate barrel was introduced, the people's fear of the cartridge never let it gain popularity. Because of that, the .357 Super Magnum Ammo remained popular in T/C Contender.
Manufacturer
The .357 Super Magnum Ammo was designed and developed in a joint venture of Sturm, Ruger & Company, and Remington that occurred from 1982 to 1983 in the United States.
Uses
The .357 Super Magnum Ammo is a good choice for hunters who want to accurately take down small to medium-sized games in a decent effective range. This cartridge was also popular in T/C Contender.
