Colt Diamondback VS Colt Python

The Colt Diamondback is a legendary member of Colt's highly collectible line of revolvers. This 38 special with rubber aftermarket grips is in very good condition overall with very light rust spots, mainly on the frame but also slightly on the barrel. Finish is starting to get dull as well. Serial number: D77368 manufactured in 1976.

The Colt Python is a .357 Magnum caliber revolver manufactured by Colt's Manufacturing Company of Hartford, Connecticut. It was first introduced in 1955, the same year as Smith & Wesson's M29 .44 Magnum. The Colt Python is intended for the premium revolver market segment.
