CZ-USA 720 Info

Discontinued, replaced with the 720 G2. The CZ 720 is a gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun built on a lightweight alloy receiver. Chambered to accept both 2 3/4″ and 3″ shells, the 720 can be had with 26″ or 28″ barrels, making it a great choice for both upland game and waterfowl. With a chrome-lined bore and moly black hard chrome exterior finish, the 720 will resist corrosion after many seasons in the field. The Turkish walnut furniture is built with a 14 1/2″ length of pull and right-hand cast off.

The 712/720 comes with a magazine tube plug installed for waterfowl. If the plug is removed, it gives the upland hunter a 4+1 capacity.

the CZ 720 looks to be a well made shotgun.Arrived at my FFL in great shape. The gun was shipped in a hard case, inside another box. No scratches or chips, the walnut stock really looks good. I have fired 150 2 3/4 inch ...shells,# 7 shot, with no problems at all. The action is very smooth with mild recoil. more

The shotgun came to me in excellent condition. The gun functioned as it was designed to do. The LOP is 13 inches and it fits me like a glove

Gun was good looking and comes with 5 chokes. The wood quality is poor. Easily chips and scratch. Barrel finish will scratch easy like if you brush on a branch while walking through the woods. My gun actually stopped cyc...ling after a few shots. Had to manually use the shell release button each time after a shot to release a shell from the mag tube to the loading area. I say stay away. Cz makes great centerfire rifles but not shotguns. more
