MA COMPLAINT

Submit
unnamed user 9 months ago

This appears to meet MA stipulations for owning/possessing, but it is ultimately the buyer/owner who has the responsibility to ensure their weapon is legal, and in compliance with all laws and requirements. I suggest you consult a local MA firearms FFL dealer for clarification.

Nj legal

Submit

Jimmy, it is not. The stock is pinned, it has a (removable) kydex fin around the grip. California restricts the muzzle brake (1 restriction) while NJ restricts both the threaded barrel and muzzle brake (2 restrictions) : budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf

Can i buy this in NY?

Submit
unnamed user 9 months ago

Jared, the devil is in the details. It can't have a muzzle brake or flash hider or a barrel shroud in NY. Even with the pinned stock, kydex around the grip, and a 10-round magazine. CA allows for a muzzle brake and not flash hider, NY allows neither.

2 -20 round mags What's in the Box Scorpion EVO 3 S1 9mm Carbine (2) Magazines CZ 9mm Bore Cleaner Owner's Manual The Scorpion Carbine is a whole new animal. Building on the lauded submachine gun platform that first hit the US civilian market in pistol form in 2015, the Carbine has a 16.2″ barrel fitted with a compensating muzzle brake, built specifically for CZ-USA by SilencerCo. Fit with the factory’s folding adjustable stock, the Carbine features a number of US-made parts to make it fully 922(r) compliant. One of the nicest features of the firearm is the newly-designed forend, covered in M-LOK attachment points to keep the profile slim while still being big enough to swallow most pistol-caliber suppressors should the owner decide down the road to convert it into an SBR for use with a suppressor. Low-profile aluminum adjustable sights round out the platform, and a top Picatinny rail allows the mounting of a wide number of optics. Simple and reliable, the Scorpion not only has ambidextrous controls, its non-reciprocating charging handle is swappable and reach to the trigger is adjustable. Firearm Specifications Product Name: CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Carbine with Muzzle Brake SKU: 08505 Caliber: 9mm Luger Magazine Capacity: 20+1 Barrel: 16.2" Cold Hammer Forged 1/2x28 Muzzle Thread Overall Length: 36" Frame: Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Grips: Polymer Adjustable for Reach to Trigger Sights: Low-Profile Fully Adjustable Aperture and Post 4 Rear Aperture Sizes Weight: 6.38 lbs.

CZ Scorpion Model: 08507 vs Model: 08505

Submit

They are pretty much identical. Except, 08507 has the faux suppressor and 08505 does not but has a muzzle brake. If you into the fake suppressor thing, 08507 is your gun, if not, then the other. Hope that helps!

How does layaway work?

Submit
unnamed user 9 months ago

You put down 20% of the total then you have 90 or 180 days to pay off the balance (most are 90) once the balance is paid off the firearm ships to your selected FFL and you go do the paperwork and pick it up. It's a very painless process 👍🏼
