Ordered the barrel in June of 12. It came in 1 year later. The flutes were a little rough. The rifle started shooting about 2in groups at 100 yards. I was a little disappointed but I keep shooting and cleaning, and after about 100 rounds down the tube the rifle would print 1in groups at 200yrds( 6 shots). All with Hornady factory loads 40gr v max and 32 gr v max. I polished the flutes and now the barrel shoots and looks good. Now I can start handloading. ...more

This barrel is awesome! It has greatly exceeded my expectations. I have shot bullets from 26 to 40 grains with excellent accuracy from each one. Load development has been a snap...it just eats whatever I feed it. 1/4 MOA out to 400 yds when I do my part. Had to wait 10 months to get it but it was worth it.
