FREEDOM ARMS MODEL 83 PREMIER GRADE 904-15 Description
Freedom Arms was founded in 1978 by Wayne Baker and Dick Casull. Based in Wyoming this company focuses almost entirely on powerful single action revolvers. Known in particular for developing the Mini revolver (no longer in production by Freedom Arms), Freedom Arms also currently makes a single shot pistol in addition to their selection of revolvers.Dick Casull, a well-known gunsmith responsible for the development of a number of cartridges, had been perfecting what would become known as the .454 Casull since the 1950s. After founding Freedom Arms he went on to create a revolver chambered for his eponymous cartridge. Since its inception Freedom Arms has continued to develop new revolver models chambered for a variety of different ammunitions, but all with a similar Old West flare.Technical Data
