I see them for sale in CA.

Avo Shahinian 9 months ago

Gabriel, no, the CA DOJ Roster does not specifically list Model 1776. California is very strict on specific model approval. As for as the GP-100's, only the "Stainless Models" (Highly Visible I guess) are on the CA DOJ Roster : oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Sturm%2C+Ruger+%26+Co.

Is there any way to tell what year this was made?

David, not without the serial number for verification with Ruger. You can ask Buds Customer Service if they can get the date of manufacture from their Inventory Dept. at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Avo Shahinian 9 months ago

David, Can't be too old. Ruger just introduced this TALO custom version in late 2017. Don't think this firearm was produced after 2019.

Avo Shahinian 9 months ago

you will need the S/N to get the date Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
