I hope that they will update there product discription because this was not the gun I got, not a Big Fn deal, I just wish they would atleast send you what you see and read in the discription. This gun will not come with the ruber grip so don't buy it thinking you will get a rubber grip, you will get a synthetic handle. Like the one pictured on the other 24/7 modles. This still not a bad deal gun shoots well and it is heavey which takes away from recoil and easier to keep on target although heavy guns can tend to be harder to aim accuratly for distance shooting depends on how steady your aim is :) ...more

This is by far one of the best deals I have found on any site or store I was disapointed that the gun didn't come with the rubber grip, I must have missed something in the listing. I have not shot it yet, but I'm sure it will do just fine. I also haven't seen any issues with the gun after breakdown and inspected. Everything seems prime and proper. Compaired to the shorter version I can tell a difference in weight this gun is pretty heavy fully loaded. So if you want a good carry gun, this thing is pretty heavy, I would get a shorter version (4" barrel) or even the compact would be better. I have the shorter version of this gun (Taurus 24/7-9SSP17 9MM PRO SS) and I really like it althought it is also missleading in the discription it is not the SS it is the DS as shown in the picture. You have to be carefull the listings are not intirely acurate and I still have not recieved a response by email about my question that was asked over a week ago. So it's pretty much buy what you see and don't expect too much more. Buds is great as far as product and delievery but as far as customer suport I think they too busy to sit around and anwser emails. I think yall are doing good but please give better or more accurate discription. In my conclusion Guns like this go for an easy $400 so if your considering it's not a bad deal Thanks, B ...more

Bought this gun about a month ago and have had nothing but pure enjoyment shooting it. Used various types of ammo including cheap blazer brass, monarch and WWB. All fired great and I used it for my CHL qualification and scored awesome!! Takedown was pretty simple since I already own the Taurus 24/7 Pro .40. Really like the 5.2 inch barrel as it soaks up what little recoil there is and improved my accuracy. One thing I will caution you is that with two 17 round magazines you will go through a box of ammo quickly. So far I've fired over 600 rounds without a hiccup. Fits great in my hand which helps with my confidence of the weapon. Sights did take a bit to get used to but now I like the Heine sights. I added some Nitesighters to the sights which really glows bright in the dark. The trigger is a bit different but once you get used to it you can do some awesome double taps. I like this gun so much I'm going to get the shorter version for CCW. ...more
