how much to add 17 HMR barrell or can it be added

Gary, aftermarket rings will work fine. You will not have any accuracy problems as the barrel will have the same fittings and overall diameter. You can also look at Buds item : budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/79879/CZ-USA+CZ455+Bolt+1
