Joseph, no. The shockwave is not classified as a "Shotgun" but a firearm and carries virtually the same rules as a handgun, which you cannot purchase across State lines. Only Long guns can legally be purchased across state lines.

According to the legal opinion I read, possession of his firearm in Ohio would be considered illegal .. even though federal law says it is legal to manufacture and purchase and possess. That being the case, if you could buy it in an adjacent state .. it c
