David, not without the serial number for verification with Ruger. You can ask Buds Customer Service if they can get the date of manufacture from their Inventory Dept. at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom rig

David, Can't be too old. Ruger just introduced this TALO custom version in late 2017. Don't think this firearm was produced after 2019.
