I definitely agree with you on this. In NJ, there were a lot of FFL's that were unsure and would not transfer. They have been given explicit instructions they can transfer these type firearms now.

here in nc the state restricts (most) local (anti) firearm laws but I am not sure about other states

Randy, this is from the NJSP to NJ FFL's. They were given the green light in NJ and adhere to the BATF (Federal Laws)(At the State level). I think Buds recognizes this on shipping ***We're currently not shipping this firearm to CA, NY, MA, or OH***
