Franklin, this Draco does have a "Stamped" Receiver. You can put on a stabilizing brace but if you put a "Shoulder Stock", it immediately becomes illegal unless you pay the $200 Tax Stamp and register it as an NFA SBR "Short Barreled Rifle". Adding a Stoc
