Taurus 627 frame vs. 617 frame

Both the 617 and the 627 share the same Frame" size. Larger than a S&W® J frame, but smaller than a K frame. The only difference between the two is barrel length (2¼" vs 4" vs 6½") and their sights. The 66 & 627 TRACKER™ have adjustable sights, the 617 is
