Per the Chiappa company web site: "Additional 9 Luger cylinder included" ... So yes indeed, the revolver comes with two separate cylinders, one for each caliber ammo.

Elic, yes, this "Combo" pistol includes both a 9mm & 357Magnum cylinder. This is a three caliber - 357Mag, 38Special and 9mm shooter.

Nope! The cases are the same size. If you want to shoot 9mm you load it up on moon clips, which the cylinder is cut for.
