Glock 19X Capacity
The Glock 19X uses a Glock 19 slide and a modified Glock 17 frame, allowing the 19X to use any of the double-stack 9mm magazines that fit into a Glock 17. These capacities include 10, 17, 21, 24, 33, and 50 round magazines made by Glock and aftermarket manufacturers.
Glock 19X Feature
The Glock 19X utilizes the compact slide and barrel of the Glock 19 and combines it with a slightly modified Glock 17 frame. It accepts Gen 4 and Gen 5 Glock 17 compatible magazines and has a reversible magazine release to accommodate left and right handed users. It comes with a much nicer and crisper trigger than the Gen 4 Glocks, and has a factory-cerakoted slide.
Glock 19X Ergonomics
The Glock 19X utilizes the large frame of the Glock 17 while utilizing the Glock 19’s shorter slide. The grip fills the user’s hand, allowing maximum surface area and texturing to be used, and the shorter slide allows for an easier draw out of a holster.
Glock 19X Concealability
While the Glock 19X has the shorter slide of the Glock 19, the 19X has the frame of the larger Glock 17. This taller grip makes concealment much more difficult. To avoid printing through clothing, wearing the longer or thicker attire worn during colder months would be a better option.
Glock 19X Fit-N-Finish
The build quality of the Glock 19X exceeds what you would expect out of Glock. The 19X is the only Glock to come with a Cerakoted slide from the factory, and the polymer frame is free of any overpress defects from the injection molding process. The factory trigger in the Glock 19X is lighter and crisper than the Gen4 and other, older Glocks.
