What do you get when you cross a 12-gauge shotgun and an AK-47? The mad scientist at JTS thought the same thing and like Dr. Frankenstein, they brought to life the M12AK. With the familiar look and control of the venerable AK-47 and the brute power of the 12 gauge the M12AK is more than just a gimmick. This M12AK features a 4-position gas system that can be adjusted for different loads for everything from sub-1 ounce 2-3/4" shells up to 3"

slugs. This beast of a shotgun is just as much a hunting shotgun as it is a home defense or plinking firearm. Staying true to the AK-47 nature, the pistol grip and trigger assembly are AK compatible and the modified AK sights are rendered to give that legendary look.JTS M12AK AK Shotgun For Sale

Jts M12Ak Ak Shotgun Capacity
The JTS M12AK is chambered in 12 gauge and feeds from proprietary 5 and 10 round single-stack magazines. The barrel is cut with a 3-inch chamber to allow for a wider variety of ammo choices. This gun is compatible with Saiga and SGM Tactical 12-gauge magazines.
Jts M12Ak Ak Shotgun Feature
The JTS M12AK is a semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun that is gas operated with a long-stroke gas piston and rotating bolt with the identical principles of the AKM’s operation. It has an 18 inch barrel and is capable of cycling bird shot, buck shot, slugs and exotic loads.
Jts M12Ak Ak Shotgun Ergonomics
The JTS M12AK has identical controls to the AKM including its magazine release positioned behind the magazine well, the AK style safety lever on the right side of the gun, and the reciprocating charging handle molded into the bolt carrier. The composite furniture has incredibly similar ergonomics to other AKM pattern stock, handguard and grip sets.
Jts M12Ak Ak Shotgun Mobility
The M12AK has an unloaded weight of 9.6 pounds and measures 39.5 inches long. This weight can easily cause fatigue when carried over long durations and its length can hinder movement through close-quarter environments, though its weight does help in reducing felt recoil.
Jts M12Ak Ak Shotgun Fit-N-Finish
The M12AK has a 4-position adjustable gas block that allows for proper gas pressures to cycle different loads. The stock and handguards are not compatible with standard AKM aftermarket upgrades, though the grip can be replaced with any AKM pattern aftermarket grip.
