Got the gun in a few days. Took it out to the range. Shot great. Ran a couple hundred rounds through it. No problems at all. Magazines could be better but I will order a couple of Mec-Gar magazines. Great price.

I own a couple of Beretta 92's and this gun is as good as them. Very solid build, close tolerance in manufacturing. All in all, one great gun.

This is the best gun I have, and as right now, that is 18 handguns. At 10 yards it was a 1" grouping, unreel. At 25 yards, 2" groupings. All that with stock sights, I tried to add adjustable sight, but it did not fit, we...nt in almost all the way by hand, sent it back. Shot it with the stock sight and was blown away, I have pistols that are good, CZ, Tri star, witness, rock inland, all with adjustable sights, but not like this. Shot 17 rounds at 10 to 11 yards ? and all with in the size of a quarter. I pulled the target back and I put a quarter on the grouping and could not see a hole. Most shots went through the same holes. WHAT A GREAT DAY. I don't know if all of them are this great, but I love my PT92, makes me feel like a PRO. more

Bought; because my adult Grandson wanted it. He ran a box or rounds thru without a single malfunction. While I was at the FFL. saw another Taurus 92 in a display case, Stainless Steel, very clean," had to have" "bought" ...went home, disassembled, cleaned & lubed, now in my bed-stand drawer. Just; in case my four legged alarm clock says an intruder is inside. Hope they can dance to the music; 9mm. & 45 cal.!! more

This gun shipped and arrived as expected...quickly!! Had to do a little leg work on my local FFL at first, but both he and SG made things happen. Love this gun!!! I like the weightiness of this gun when it is loaded 17+1.... From the first time I held a Beretta 92, I wanted one. This Taurus PT92 is the closest thing for a LOT less expense...A LOT LESS. Cleaned and oiled the gun and with a slight tweak to the rear sight, shoots true. This is a full frame gun that can be carried concealed with the right holster. Unfortunately for Sportsmen's Guide, I may quit purchasing guns now that I have what I want. JK!!! more

  • I have owned Taurus PT 92 AF for about 6 months and have carried a PT-99 as my service weapon for 12 years and a Taurus .357 revolver as well the only complaint I have ever had was the Mag issue with the loading of 19 ro...unds into the high volume mag . Never had any issue with the slide lock on the 2 factory mags I have (maybe I just got lucky ) I would buy another Taurus PT92 AF as my service weapon as it HAS already Saved my life once more

  • Why I Love - Taurus PT92
The finish is pretty damn good. It is a really good, solid, reliable gun. It's very attractive gun, they're good looking. It has a satinless-steel full-length guide rod, come standard with rails and it's a ambidextrous s...afety. The gun is really really beautiful. more

  • TAURUS PT92 UNBOXING IN HIGH DEFINITION
It's a stainless version of PT 92. It is made in Brazil, it has a single-action. The finish is stainless and matte stainless, it is a beautiful gun this is a must for a budget collection. The sight has a three that side ...red in front, non adjustable, has a 5 inch barrel. This a improved version of a Beretta the safety and the decocker safety is frame-mounted. more

It got a 5 inch barrel, 8 plus 1 round, stainless steel, aluminum frame which is pretty cool. It is a double-action and single action with a Picatinny rail underneath it is a pretty cool home defense gun. It is very accu...rate with about 20 yards. more

  • Taurus PT92AF 17+1 9mm
Taurus PT-92 are very well built, great tolerances, fit and finish and everything is fine. The safety is is frame mounted, the front strap is straight, it doen't rattle it's tight to the pistol. this is a 9 millimeter. T...he double-action trigger is not as good as on the Beretta it's a little heavier and not as smooth. Tyhe single-action pulls are crisp, it also come with a high profile three dot sights for easy target acquisition and grip feels like a Beretta. more

  • Gun Review: Taurus PT-92 AF
Three-inch groups at 25 yards are definitely better than average, and better than most of us can shoot offhand anyway. The elegant and iconic looks of the Model 92F/M9 are even better with a frame-mounted safety. Its com...fortable controls, excellent trigger and minimal recoil make it an absolute joy to shoot. Definitely try one out before purchasing, if you’ve got small hands. 100% feeding, ejection and firing (with brass-cased ammo) through more than 450 rounds fired. It doesn’t like steel-cased ammo, but we don’t care. Deduct half a star for the failure to slide-lock. A damned fine pistol and a great value. After comparing and shooting the Taurus and Beretta side-by-side, I would choose the Taurus first. more
