Legal in OH as of 03/28/19. I live in OH. Ordered mine yesterday. It has already shipped and should be at my FFL by early next week.

Randy - Maybe you can ... Perhaps Buds just hasn't gotten around to changing the listing yet. Just give them a call, and be prepared to order (have FFL information and payment information ready when you call). I'm sure they wil get everything worked out a
